I created The Coffee Klatch
to give parents of special needs children a forum to find and share the
best resources and information available. Empowering parents of children with
disabilities has been my goal. What you see is not always what you get. I
encourage you to dig deep and keep searching for answers. I have spent
the past ten years researching the organic basis of anxiety and depressive
disorders in children and adolescents. I am presently working on a book
collaboration for special needs parenting. My special interests are
Endocrinology , Tourette Syndrome, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Autism.
Educated at Adelphi University School of Business and previously worked as a
Court Reporter specializing in medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
